You are booking via the Maison d'Hôtes Les Bulles Dorées' website. This website is managed by the on-site staff. The offers shown are the same as those available by telephone. As such, you are guaranteed to benefit from:

Sales conditions Our prices include breakfast and access to the spa (upon reservation). Free WIFI in the entire establishment. A daily cleaning service is included in the price of the room.
Sheets and towels are provided. Welcome products (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, ...) are available free of charge.

For the family rooms Platinium and Coutures, possibility of accommodating 2 additional persons at the price of 40.00 €.

Payment and billing currency : 100% of the total amount excluding extras will be charged when the booking is made.
Any extras (bar, tasting, massage...) not specifically stated as being included in the rate are to be paid on-site.
Your account will be debited in EUR

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and will not be refunded.
In case of interruption of the stay, the entire stay is due.

Tax The rates shown include VAT. Stay tax will be asked in addition (0,75€ per adult and per night).

Arrival and departure time Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00.
Thank you for let us know if you expect to arrive outside these times.

On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room no later than 11:00 am. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.

We advise you to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to specify your estimated check-in time.

Regulations We inform you that the facilities (garden, Norwegian bath...) are strictly reserved for the guests of the establishment and under their entire responsibility.
The establishment is non-smoking.
Animals are accepted on request and with a supplement of 25€ for the stay.

Norwegian bath schedule A Norwegian bath is freely available all day long in the form of slots to be reserved in advance or on arrival.

Its use is strictly reserved for guests.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to go there alone or even accompanied. In case of transgression, the owner cannot be held responsible. The parents are the only ones responsible.

Towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge.
For the comfort of all our guests, it is mandatory to wear a bathing suit and it is forbidden to run or to behave inappropriately.

You are on a private property = the place is not supervised.

Use of the premises The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises at all times of the day and use them in accordance with their purpose. It is forbidden to make noise from 10pm to 9am.

The client agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible damage for which he/she could be responsible.

At the time of booking, the number of people staying must be specified. If the number of guests is exceeded, the owner is able to refuse the additional persons.

The children evolving within the property are under the only responsibility of their parents.

Theft and accidents: The owner decline all responsibility in case of theft or physical damage occurring in the property.

Insurance The tenant certifies that he/she is covered by a civil liability insurance covering his/her responsibility.
